Keeping ever in mind the charge of the Great Commission, AIM provides a variety of services and ministries to build up its member congregations. Among other things, these include:

• Multiple Men’s and Women’s Retreats in key locations
• Strategically placed youth camps
• Pastoral search assistance and screening
• In person training events for pastors and lay leaders
• Zoom Meetings with pastors and church leaders for encouragement, prayer, and AIM updates
• On-line cohort training for pastors on key subjects by respected authorities
• Church Consultations
• Referring and recommending resources to member churches

Working together to share the Gospel, the Association supports the following efforts:

Church Planting
Voluntary gifts from both local churches and private individuals made to the AIM Church Health and Multiplication Fund help underwrite the costs of assessing, training, and coaching our church planters.

Church Health
Valuing church health and believing that a church’s health is more important than its size, we assist our member churches in their pursuit of becoming healthier congregations. All churches every five to seven years need to re-evaluate their mission and vision. That being so, we work with member churches to assess a member church’s health and devise a strategy to improve its health, bringing both experience from working with churches and a fresh “outside” perspective.

Foreign Missions
Recognizing that our mandate is to spread the Gospel throughout all the world, we encourage our member churches looking for places to invest their missions’ dollars to consider the AIM missionaries on our website. Click here to visit the AIM Missions page.

Wesley Biblical Seminary
This fully-accredited theological seminary, located in Ridgeland, Mississippi, is endorsed by AIM as the best seminary for the preparation of our people. Founded by AIM in 1974, WBS operates under an interdenominational charter in order to serve all churches that share in the Wesleyan-Arminian tradition.

Kentucky Mountain Bible College and The College @Wesley Biblical Seminary
Kentucky Mountain Bible College, located in Vancleve, Kentucky and the College@ Wesley Biblical Seminary are endorsed by AIM as the Christian colleges of choice for all our high school graduates and especially our people who are preparing for ministry.
